  • Prior to your arrival in Jordan for your dental and aesthetic treatments, we require full payment for the anticipated dental and aesthetic services. You will receive a detailed cost breakdown and payment instructions upon consultation and treatment planning.
  • We offer secure online payment options for your convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

2. Accommodation, Transportation, and Tourism Costs:

  • In addition to Dental and aesthetic treatment costs, we can assist you in arranging accommodation, transportation, and tourism experiences during your stay in Jordan.
  • Payment for these services can be made separately, and our team will provide you with all the necessary details and invoices.

3. Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, and online payment platform. Please note that fees or charges associated with these methods are the responsibility of the patient.

In the event of treatment cancellation or schedule changes, please refer to our refund policy, which outlines the conditions for refunds and the applicable procedures.

5. Currency Exchange:

Please be aware that all transactions are conducted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) or USD Dollars ($). If you choose to pay in a foreign currency, conversion rates and any related fees are the responsibility of the patient.

6. Confirmation and Receipts:

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your payment and official receipts for your records.

Terms and Conditions and Refund Policies

Before accessing or using our services, please read our Terms and Conditions and this Refund Policy carefully. If you cannot agree to this Policy or the Terms and Conditions, kindly refrain from accessing our services. By accessing our services, you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy available on the site you are using.

Refund Policies for Dental and Aesthetic Treatments:

Treatment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We offer a flexible policy for appointment cancellations and rescheduling. To avoid additional fees, please notify us at least one week in advance of your scheduled treatment appointment, and we will assist you with rescheduling.


Refunds for Prepaid Services:

If you’ve prepaid for a Dental & Aesthetic procedure and wish to cancel:

    – Cancellation more than 72 hours before your scheduled treatment incurs a $75 fee, in addition to the money transfer fee.

    – Cancellation within 72 hours of your appointment results in a $150 fee, plus the money transfer fee.


Refunds for Non-Rendered Services:

If we are unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a refund for the service not rendered or reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.


Refund Processing Time:

Refunds typically take from 24 to 72 hours during working days to process.

Refund Policies for Tourism Services:

Full Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your reservation time will result in a full refund, with the deduction of the money transfer fee.


Full Deducted:

Cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation time will result in the full amount being deducted.


Force Majeure:

In cases of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, we may offer full refunds, rescheduling, or credit toward future bookings.


Refund Processing Time:

Refunds typically take from 24 to 72 hours during working days to process.


Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that travelers consider purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, and other unforeseen events.
